Get in touch

Contact the club

Email is the way to reach us. The club is run entirely by volunteers, so give us a few days for a reply — and if your question is about a specific event, check the premium list first, because the answer is usually there.

Write to the club

General questions about the club, our events, or anything you cannot find on the site. Mail sent here reaches the officers.

There is no contact form on this site. Anything sent to the address above is read by a person, which a form would not change.

Secretary

Membership applications

Completed applications are filed with the Secretary, Suzanne Miller, who reads them to the Board at its next meeting. Questions about an application in progress, or about club records, should go to the Secretary through the club email.

Where to send a question

Three things account for most of the mail the club gets. Each has a page that answers it in more detail than an email can.

  • Entering an event

Entry methods, fees, closing dates and directions are all in the premium list for that event. The premium answers most entry questions faster than we can.

    What a premium list covers

  • Joining the club

Applications go to the Secretary on the club’s form, after three meetings attended. The process and both membership types are set out in full.

    How membership works

  • Sponsoring a trophy

Trophy and supporting sponsors fund the awards at our shows. The current sponsors are listed, and the club is glad to talk about next year.

Come and meet us

The club meets on the second Wednesday of every month and meetings are open — visitors do not need an invitation or an application, and coming along is the best way to meet the people who run our events. Prospective members attend three meetings before an application can be filed, so a first visit is a useful one either way. Dates, times and the location are on the calendar.

Broken links, an out-of-date date, a name spelled wrong: tell us and we will fix it. The site was rebuilt in 2026 and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it standing.
