Where Dogs Are the Stars
The Northwest Arkansas Kennel Club has run licensed AKC events in the Ozarks since 1961: Fast CAT and coursing in the field, scent work, obedience and rally indoors, and an all-breed conformation show each spring. You do not need to be a member to enter, and spectators are welcome at everything we run.

What we do
Five AKC sports, each with its own rules, its own titles and its own reasons to try it. Start with whichever one your dog would enjoy most.

The club meets monthly
Members meet on the second Wednesday of every month. Anyone thinking about joining is welcome to sit in — attending is the first step, not the last.
Time and place are not yet published. Meeting time and location are confirmed each month — contact the club to check before attending your first meeting.

Join the club
Membership is open to anyone who wants to support purebred dogs and the sports built around them. Prospective members attend three meetings before filing an application, so the first step is turning up to one.
